개인정보 처리방침

1. 수집하는 정보

DaySeed는 다음의 정보만 수집합니다. • 이메일 주소 (계정 생성 및 매직 링크 인증) • 사용자가 입력한 씨앗 정의(이름, 색상, 시간대) 및 완료 기록 • 기기에서 발생한 알림 권한 상태 • 사용자가 직접 선택한 사진 1장 (일정 정보 추출 목적) • 함께 쓰기를 설정한 경우 닉네임과 이메일 (파트너에게 표시) • 알림 전송용 기기 푸시 토큰 • 익명 사용 통계 (어떤 기능을 몇 번 썼는지. 계정과 연결되지 않으며 설정 › 데이터에서 끌 수 있음) • 결제 영수증 및 프리미엄 권한 상태 (RevenueCat) • 광고 식별자 (iOS 앱 추적 투명성 동의 시에만, Google AdMob) 사진은 추출 즉시 폐기되며, dayseed는 이 사진을 저장하지 않습니다. 정밀 위치 정보와 연락처는 수집하지 않습니다. 기기 캘린더 함께 보기를 켜면 iOS 캘린더의 일정을 기기 안에서 읽어 표시만 합니다. 이 데이터는 서버로 전송되지 않으며 파트너에게도 공유되지 않습니다.

2. 수집 목적

수집된 정보는 다음 목적에 한해 사용됩니다. • 계정 인증 및 본인 확인 • 씨앗과 기록을 여러 기기에서 동기화 • 시간대 알림 발송 • 사용자가 직접 선택한 사진에서 일정 정보 추출 • 함께 쓰기 상대에게 일정 변경 알림 전송 • 기능 사용 현황 파악과 서비스 개선 (익명 통계, 사용자가 끌 수 있음) • 광고 게재 및 프리미엄 결제 처리

3. 보관 기간

사용자가 계정을 유지하는 동안 정보는 안전하게 보관됩니다. 계정 삭제 시 모든 개인 데이터는 즉시 영구적으로 삭제됩니다. 사진으로 일정을 등록할 때 전송한 사진은 예외로, 일정 정보 추출 즉시 폐기되며 서버와 로그 어디에도 저장하지 않습니다.

4. 제3자 제공

사용자의 개인 데이터를 광고주, 데이터 브로커, 분석 업체 등 제3자에게 판매하거나 공유하지 않습니다. 다음 처리 위탁 업체를 통해 서비스를 운영합니다. • Supabase (데이터베이스 및 인증) — 미국 • Apple Push Notification Service / Firebase Cloud Messaging (알림 전송) • OpenAI (사진 속 일정 정보 인식을 위한 비전 AI 모델 제공사) — 사용자가 직접 선택한 사진 1장만 전송되며, dayseed는 이를 저장하지 않습니다. 제공사는 자체 정책에 따라 일정 기간 보관할 수 있습니다 • PostHog (익명 사용 통계) — 계정·이메일과 연결되지 않는 임의 식별자만 사용하며, 설정에서 끌 수 있습니다 • Google AdMob (광고 게재) 및 RevenueCat (프리미엄 결제 처리) — 자세한 내용은 "광고 및 결제" 항목 참조 • Kakao (장소 검색) — 사용자가 입력한 검색어만 전송되며 저장하지 않습니다 위 업체들은 서비스 운영에 필요한 최소한의 데이터만 처리하며, 자체 정책에 따라 보안을 유지합니다.

5. 사용자의 권리

사용자는 언제든지 다음 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다. • 자신의 데이터에 접근, 수정, 삭제 • 알림 권한 철회 (기기 설정) • 계정 해지 (설정 → 계정 삭제)

6. 보안

모든 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화됩니다. 데이터베이스는 행 수준 보안(RLS)이 적용되어 사용자는 자신의 데이터에만 접근할 수 있습니다. 비밀번호를 사용하지 않고 매직 링크 방식으로 로그인하므로 비밀번호 유출 위험이 없습니다.

7. 어린이의 개인정보

DaySeed는 만 14세 미만 어린이의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 사용자는 보호자의 동의가 필요합니다.

8. 광고 및 결제

9. 방침 변경

본 방침이 변경되는 경우 서비스 내 공지를 통해 안내드리며, 중요한 변경 사항은 7일 전에 사전 고지합니다.

1. Information We Collect

DaySeed only collects the following. • Email address (account creation and magic-link authentication) • Seed definitions (name, color, time range) and completion records you enter • Notification permission status on your device • A single photo you choose to submit (used to extract event details) • Your nickname and email when you set up sharing (shown to your partner) • A device push token for notifications • Anonymous usage statistics (which features are used and how often; not linked to your account; can be turned off in Settings › Data) • Purchase receipts and premium entitlement status (RevenueCat) • Advertising identifier (only with App Tracking Transparency consent on iOS, Google AdMob) The photo is discarded immediately after extraction; dayseed does not store this photo. We do not collect precise location or contacts. If you turn on "Show device calendar", events from the iOS Calendar are read and displayed on your device only. They are never sent to our servers or shared with your partner.

2. Purposes

Collected information is used only for the following purposes. • Account authentication and verification • Syncing seeds and records across your devices • Sending timed reminders • Extracting event details from a photo you choose to submit • Notifying your sharing partner about event changes • Understanding feature usage and improving the Service (anonymous statistics you can turn off) • Serving ads and processing premium purchases

3. Retention

Your data is securely retained as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed immediately. The photo you submit when adding an event from a picture is an exception: it is discarded immediately after extraction and is never stored on our servers or in logs.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics vendors. The Service is operated through these processors. • Supabase (database and authentication) — United States • Apple Push Notification Service / Firebase Cloud Messaging (notification delivery) • OpenAI (vision AI model provider used to read event details from your photo) — only the single photo you choose is sent, and dayseed does not store it. The provider may retain it for a period under its own policy • PostHog (anonymous usage statistics) — uses a random identifier not linked to your account or email; can be turned off in Settings • Google AdMob (advertising) and RevenueCat (premium purchases) — see "Advertising and Purchases" • Kakao (place search) — only the search text you type is sent and is not stored These processors handle only the minimum data required to operate the Service, under their own security policies.

5. Your Rights

You may exercise the following rights at any time. • Access, correct, or delete your data • Revoke notification permission (device settings) • Delete your account (Settings → Delete account)

6. Security

All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS. The database enforces row-level security so each user can only access their own data. Sign-in uses magic links instead of passwords, eliminating password breach risks.

7. Children's Privacy

DaySeed does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. Users under 14 require guardian consent.

8. Advertising and Purchases

DaySeed serves ads via Google AdMob. The following information may be processed. • Advertising Identifier (IDFA): used only with App Tracking Transparency (ATT) consent on iOS • Device information: for ad delivery optimization • Approximate location (IP-based): for regional ad targeting Premium purchases are processed via RevenueCat and the Apple App Store. Purchase receipts and an anonymized user identifier are stored by RevenueCat. Payment details (card numbers, etc.) are handled exclusively by Apple and are never shared with DaySeed. 9. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we will provide in-app notice. Material changes will be announced 7 days in advance.
