1. 수집하는 정보
Joiny(조이니, 이하 "서비스")는 여러 사람이 함께 여행 일정을 짜는 앱입니다. 서비스는 다음 정보만 처리합니다.
• 로그인 정보: 카카오·Apple·Google 로그인 시 해당 서비스가 제공하는 식별자, 닉네임, 프로필 사진(이메일은 필수로 받지 않습니다)
• 사용자가 입력한 여행 정보: 여행 이름·날짜·도시, 일정 항목(제목·시간·메모·장소), Day 메모
• 장소 정보: 구글 장소를 고른 경우 장소 ID와 좌표(좌표는 30일 안에 새로 받습니다), 지도에서 직접 찍은 위치의 좌표
• 함께하는 사람 정보: 여행 멤버 목록과 역할, 누가 무엇을 바꿨는지(활동 내역)
• 잠금 화면 실시간 현황을 켠 경우: 앱이 만든 임의의 기기 식별자와 Apple 푸시 토큰
• 알림을 허용한 경우: 푸시 알림을 보내기 위한 기기 토큰(Expo 푸시 토큰)과 앱이 만든 임의의 기기 식별자, 여행별 알림 설정
• 앱 사용 정보: 화면을 연 기록 같은 사용 이벤트(PostHog, 이름·이메일·여행 내용은 보내지 않고 기기마다 만든 임의 식별자로만 구분), 앱이 비정상 종료됐을 때의 오류 기록과 기기 정보(Sentry)
• 광고: 광고 식별자(IDFA, iOS 앱 추적 투명성에서 허용한 경우에만), 광고 표시에 필요한 기기 정보, 광고를 보거나 누른 기록, IP 주소로 추정한 대략적인 위치(Google AdMob)
• 가계부 정보: 지출(금액·통화·환율·카테고리·날짜·메모·결제한 사람·나눈 사람)과 송금 기록. "나만 보는 지출"은 작성한 사람만 봅니다.
• 예약 정보: 교통·숙소 예약(편명, 출발·도착 장소와 시각, 터미널, 예약번호, 금액, 메모)
• 영수증 사진(영수증 인식을 쓸 때만): 카메라로 찍거나 앨범에서 고른 영수증 사진을 지출 정보(총액·통화·날짜·가게 이름·카테고리)를 읽는 데만 쓰고, 서버에 저장하지 않습니다. 월 사용 한도를 확인하려고 이번 달에 인식한 장 수를 셉니다.
• AI 일정 초안(Joiny AI를 쓸 때만): 고른 Day의 날짜, 여행 도시, 그 Day에 이미 있는 일정의 제목·시간, 고른 여행 속도·관심사, 요청과 수정 대화 내용, AI가 만든 초안. 일정 메모, 함께하는 사람의 이름, 구글 장소의 이름·주소는 AI에 보내지 않습니다. 이용 한도를 확인하려고 무료·월·일 사용 횟수를 셉니다.
• 구독 정보(Joiny AI를 구독할 때만): 구독한 스토어(App Store·Google Play), App Store 거래 식별자 또는 Google Play 구매 토큰, 상품, 구독 상태, 만료일, 결제 환경(운영·테스트). 카드 번호 같은 결제 정보는 Apple·Google이 처리하며 서비스는 받지 않습니다.
정밀 위치 정보와 연락처는 수집하지 않습니다. 사진은 영수증 인식에 직접 고른 사진만 처리합니다. 구글 장소의 이름·주소는 서버에 저장하지 않고 볼 때마다 받아 옵니다.
2. 이용 목적
• 로그인과 본인 확인
• 여행 일정을 함께하는 사람과 실시간으로 공유하고 여러 기기에서 동기화
• 초대 링크로 여행에 참여
• 지도·장소 검색·길찾기 제공
• 잠금 화면·Dynamic Island에 오늘 일정 표시(켠 경우)

• 오류를 고치고 서비스를 개선하기 위한 사용 통계와 오류 분석
• 가계부와 정산(누가 누구에게 얼마를 보내면 되는지 계산)
• 영수증 사진에서 지출 정보를 읽어 입력을 돕기(영수증 인식을 쓴 경우)
• AI로 여행 일정 초안을 만들고 대화로 고치기(Joiny AI를 쓴 경우)

3. 함께하는 사람에게 보이는 정보
같은 여행의 멤버는 서로의 닉네임·프로필 사진, 여행 내용, 활동 내역, 지금 여행을 보고 있는지를 볼 수 있습니다.
초대 링크를 받은 사람은 참여 전에 여행 이름·날짜·도시, 초대한 사람과 함께하는 사람의 닉네임, 일정 개수를 볼 수 있습니다. 초대 링크는 방장이 언제든 다시 만들어 이전 링크를 무효로 할 수 있습니다.
4. 보관 기간
• 계정과 여행 정보: 계정을 유지하는 동안 보관합니다.
• 활동 내역: 여행이 끝나고 90일이 지나면 삭제합니다.
• 실시간 현황 기기 토큰: 기능을 끄거나 그날 일정이 끝나면 삭제합니다.
• 푸시 알림 기기 토큰: 로그아웃하거나 탈퇴하면 삭제하고, 앱을 지워 쓸 수 없게 된 토큰은 알림을 보낼 때 삭제합니다.
• 사용 통계(PostHog)와 오류 기록(Sentry): 각 서비스의 보관 기간(최대 90일~1년)이 지나면 삭제됩니다.
• 기기에 받아 둔 사본(오프라인 보기용): 앱을 마지막으로 쓴 뒤 90일까지 기기에만 남습니다.
• 영수증 사진: 서버에 보관하지 않습니다. 기기에서는 지출로 등록하거나 버리면 바로 지웁니다(오프라인에서 찍은 사진은 인식할 때까지 기기에만 남습니다). 인식을 맡는 OpenAI는 API로 받은 데이터를 학습에 쓰지 않으며, 남용 감시를 위해 최대 30일 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다.
• AI 초안과 수정 대화: 만든 날부터 30일 뒤 삭제합니다. 일정에 넣은 항목은 일반 일정으로 남습니다. 초안을 만드는 Anthropic은 API로 받은 데이터를 모델 학습에 쓰지 않으며, Anthropic의 데이터 보관 정책에 따른 기간이 지나면 삭제합니다.
• 구독 정보와 AI 사용 횟수: 계정을 유지하는 동안 보관하고 탈퇴하면 삭제합니다. Apple의 결제 기록은 Apple의 정책을 따릅니다.
• 탈퇴: 로그인 계정은 즉시 삭제하고, 프로필의 닉네임·사진은 지웁니다. 혼자인 여행은 함께 삭제하고, 멤버로 있던 여행에서는 빠집니다. 다른 멤버와 함께한 여행에 남긴 일정은 남고 "탈퇴한 사용자"로 표시됩니다.
5. 처리 위탁과 국외 이전
개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 서비스 운영을 위해 다음 업체에 처리를 맡깁니다.

7. 보안
모든 통신은 HTTPS로 암호화됩니다. 데이터베이스는 행 수준 보안(RLS)으로 여행 멤버만 그 여행의 정보에 접근할 수 있습니다. 로그인 세션은 기기에 암호화해 저장하며, 서비스는 비밀번호를 받지 않습니다.
8. 어린이의 개인정보
만 14세 미만 어린이의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만은 보호자의 동의가 필요합니다.
9. 방침 변경
이 방침이 바뀌면 앱이나 이 페이지에서 알리고, 중요한 변경은 7일 전에 알립니다.
1. Information We Process
Joiny (the "Service") is an app for planning trips together. We only process:
• Sign-in data: the identifier, nickname and profile photo provided by Kakao, Apple or Google (email is not required)
• Trip data you enter: trip name, dates and cities; schedule items (title, time, memo, place); day notes
• Place data: Google place IDs and coordinates (refreshed within 30 days), or coordinates of pins you drop
• Trip member data: members and roles, and who changed what (activity log)
• If you turn on the Lock Screen Live Activity: a random device identifier created by the app and an Apple push token
• If you allow notifications: a push token (Expo push token), a random device identifier created by the app, and your per-trip notification setting
• App usage: usage events such as screens opened (PostHog; no name, email or trip content, only a random per-device identifier), and error reports with device information when the app crashes (Sentry)
• Advertising: the advertising identifier (IDFA, only if you allow tracking on iOS), device information needed to show ads, ad views and taps, and approximate location estimated from your IP address (Google AdMob)
• Expense data: expenses (amount, currency, exchange rate, category, date, memo, who paid and who shares) and recorded transfers. "Only me" expenses are visible only to the person who added them.
• Booking data: transport and lodging bookings (flight or train number, departure and arrival places and times, terminal, booking reference, amount, memo)
• Receipt photos (only when you use receipt scanning): receipt photos you take with the camera or pick from your library are used only to read the expense (total, currency, date, store name, category) and are not stored on our servers. We count how many receipts you scanned this month to apply the monthly limit.
• AI trip drafts (only when you use Joiny AI): the dates of the days you pick, the trip cities, the titles and times of items already on those days, the pace and interests you choose, your requests and follow-up messages, and the draft the AI returns. Item memos, trip members' names, and Google place names and addresses are not sent to the AI. We count free, monthly and daily uses to apply limits.
• Subscription data (only when you subscribe to Joiny AI): the store you subscribed with (App Store or Google Play), the App Store transaction identifier or Google Play purchase token, product, subscription status, expiry date and environment (production or test). Payment details such as card numbers are handled by Apple or Google; we never receive them.
We do not collect precise location or contacts. Photos are processed only when you choose them for receipt scanning. Google place names and addresses are fetched when shown and are not stored on our servers.
2. Purposes
• Sign-in and identification
• Sharing and syncing trip plans with your trip members in real time
• Joining trips through invite links
• Maps, place search and directions
• Showing today's schedule on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island (if turned on)
• Sending push notifications when a trip member joins, changes the schedule or assigns you a checklist item (if allowed)
• Usage statistics and error analysis to fix problems and improve the Service
• Expense tracking and settlement (who should send how much to whom)
• Reading expense details from receipt photos to help you enter them (if you use receipt scanning)
• Creating trip drafts with AI and revising them through chat (if you use Joiny AI)
• Verifying subscriptions and applying usage limits
• Showing ads
3. What Trip Members Can See
Members of the same trip can see each other's nickname and profile photo, the trip content, the activity log, and who is viewing the trip.
Anyone with an invite link can see the trip name, dates and cities, the nicknames of the inviter and members, and the number of schedule items before joining. The trip owner can reset the link at any time to invalidate the old one.
4. Retention
• Account and trip data: kept while your account exists.
• Activity log: deleted 90 days after the trip ends.
• Live Activity device tokens: deleted when you turn the feature off or when the day's schedule ends.
• Push notification tokens: deleted when you sign out or delete your account; tokens that no longer work (app removed) are deleted when a notification is sent.
• Usage statistics (PostHog) and error reports (Sentry): deleted after each service's retention period (90 days to 1 year).
• Offline copies on your device: kept on the device only, up to 90 days after you last used the app.
• Receipt photos: not stored on our servers. On your device they are deleted as soon as you add the expense or discard the receipt (photos taken offline stay on the device until they are scanned). OpenAI, which reads the receipts, does not use API data for training and keeps it for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring before deleting it.
• AI drafts and follow-up messages: deleted 30 days after they are created. Items you added to your schedule stay as regular items. Anthropic, which generates the drafts, does not use API data to train its models and deletes it after the period set in its data retention policy.
• Subscription data and AI usage counts: kept while your account exists and deleted when you delete your account. Apple's payment records follow Apple's policies.
• Account deletion: your sign-in account is deleted immediately and your nickname and photo are removed. Trips where you are the only member are deleted, and you leave the other trips. Items you added to shared trips remain and are shown as "Deleted user".
5. Processors and International Transfers
We do not sell personal data. We use these processors:

7. Security
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Row-level security ensures only trip members can access a trip. Sign-in sessions are stored encrypted on your device, and we never ask for a password.
8. Children
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 14. Users under 14 need parental consent.
9. Changes
We will announce changes in the app or on this page, and give 7 days' notice for important changes.
