1. 약관의 동의
Joiny(조이니, 이하 "서비스")를 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않으면 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다.
2. 서비스
Joiny는 여러 사람이 함께 여행 일정을 짜고, 여행 중에 오늘 일정을 확인하는 모바일 앱입니다. 기본 기능은 무료이며 광고가 포함될 수 있습니다. AI 일정 초안은 유료 구독(Joiny AI)으로 제공합니다(6-1, 6-2). 지금은 테스트 단계로, 기능이 바뀌거나 일시적으로 멈출 수 있습니다.
3. 계정
카카오·Apple·Google 계정으로 로그인해 이용합니다. 자신의 계정에서 일어나는 활동에 책임을 지며, 부정 사용이 의심되면 바로 알려 주세요.
4. 여행과 함께하는 사람
여행을 만든 사람은 방장이 되고, 초대 링크로 다른 사람을 초대할 수 있습니다. 초대 링크를 가진 사람은 누구나 여행에 참여할 수 있으니 믿을 수 있는 사람에게만 보내 주세요. 방장은 링크를 다시 만들거나 멤버를 내보낼 수 있습니다.
여행의 멤버는 모두 일정을 보고 고칠 수 있으며, 누가 무엇을 바꿨는지 활동 내역에 남습니다.
5. 사용자 콘텐츠
사용자가 입력한 여행 정보는 사용자와 그 여행 멤버의 것입니다. 서비스는 서비스 제공 목적 외에 이를 사용·공개하지 않습니다. 다른 사람의 권리를 침해하는 내용을 올리지 마세요.
6. 지도·장소 정보
지도와 장소 정보는 Google Maps Platform이 제공합니다. 영업시간·위치·경로 등 외부 정보의 정확성을 보장하지 않으니, 중요한 일정은 직접 확인해 주세요. 시간은 현지 시각으로 저장되며, 기기 시간대와 다를 수 있습니다.
6-1. AI 일정 초안
AI 일정 초안은 고른 Day의 일정을 AI가 제안하는 기능입니다. 미리보기에서 사용자가 고른 항목만 일정에 들어가며, 들어간 항목은 다른 일정과 같이 멤버가 고칠 수 있습니다.
초안은 참고용 제안입니다. 장소·영업시간·이동 시간·가격 등이 실제와 다를 수 있으니 중요한 일정은 직접 확인해 주세요. 초안을 만들 때 여행지·날짜·고른 Day의 일정 제목·시간과 요청 내용을 AI 제공자(Anthropic)에게 보냅니다(개인정보 처리방침 참고).
계정마다 초안 1회와 수정 5번을 무료로 체험할 수 있습니다. 구독하면 한 달에 초안 10회·수정 30번(하루 초안 5회·수정 20번)까지 쓸 수 있습니다. 서비스 전체 AI 사용량이 월 한도에 닿으면 그달 남은 기간 AI 기능이 쉴 수 있습니다. 한도를 줄일 때는 미리 알립니다.
6-2. 유료 구독(Joiny AI)
• 가격: 월 ₩4,900(App Store 또는 Google Play에 표시된 가격, 부가세 포함)
• 결제와 갱신: iPhone에서는 Apple 계정으로, Android에서는 Google 계정(Google Play)으로 결제됩니다. 해지하지 않으면 같은 가격으로 매월 자동 갱신됩니다. App Store는 현재 기간이 끝나기 24시간 전까지 해지해야 다음 달 요금이 청구되지 않습니다.
• 해지: 앱 › 내 정보 › Joiny AI › 구독 관리에서 구독한 스토어의 관리 화면으로 갈 수 있습니다. iPhone 설정 › Apple 계정 › 구독, 또는 Google Play › 결제 및 정기 결제 › 정기 결제에서도 언제든 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지해도 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지 쓸 수 있습니다.
• 환불: 구독한 스토어의 정책과 절차를 따릅니다. App Store는 Apple(reportaproblem.apple.com), Google Play는 Google Play 환불 정책을 따릅니다. 환불되면 구독은 바로 끝납니다.
• 계정 연결: 구독은 구매한 Joiny 계정 하나에 연결되며, 같은 Joiny 계정으로 로그인하면 iPhone과 Android 모두에서 쓸 수 있습니다. 관리와 해지는 구독한 스토어에서 합니다. 같은 스토어 계정으로 다른 Joiny 계정에서 구매를 복원해도 옮겨지지 않습니다. 가족 공유는 지원하지 않습니다.
• 가격 변경: 각 스토어의 절차에 따라 미리 알리고, 동의가 필요한 경우 동의를 받습니다.
• Google Play 결제 관련 내용은 2026-10-20부터 적용합니다.
7. 금지 행위
(1) 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위 (2) 다른 사용자의 권리를 침해하는 행위 (3) 자동화 도구로 부정 트래픽을 만드는 행위(광고를 일부러 누르는 행위 포함) (4) 관련 법령을 위반하는 행위
8. 서비스 변경과 종료
서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 미리 알린 뒤 바꾸거나 끝낼 수 있습니다. 끝낼 때는 사용자가 자신의 정보를 확인할 수 있는 합리적인 기간을 둡니다.
9. 탈퇴
앱 › 내 정보 › 탈퇴하기에서 언제든 탈퇴할 수 있습니다. 방장인 여행에 다른 멤버가 있으면 먼저 방장을 넘기거나 여행을 삭제해야 합니다. 혼자인 여행은 함께 삭제되며 복구할 수 없습니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침을 참고해 주세요.
10. 면책과 책임의 제한
서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 서비스의 가용성·정확성·특정 목적 적합성을 보장하지 않으며, 천재지변·통신 장애 등 통제할 수 없는 사유로 인한 손해에 책임지지 않습니다. 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 간접적·부수적·결과적 손해에 책임지지 않습니다.
11. 약관 변경
약관을 바꿀 수 있으며, 바뀐 약관은 앱이나 이 페이지에 알린 뒤 7일 후부터 적용됩니다. 동의하지 않으면 이용을 멈추고 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.
12. 준거법과 분쟁 해결
이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁은 사용자의 주소지를 관할하는 법원에서 해결합니다.

By using Joiny (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Joiny is a mobile app for planning trips together and checking today's plan while traveling. Its core features are free and may include ads. AI trip drafts are offered through a paid subscription, Joiny AI (6-1, 6-2). It is currently in testing, so features may change or be temporarily unavailable.
3. Accounts
You sign in with Kakao, Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity on your account; tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.
4. Trips and Members
The person who creates a trip is its owner and can invite others with an invite link. Anyone with the link can join, so share it only with people you trust. The owner can reset the link or remove members.
All members can view and edit the schedule, and changes are recorded in the activity log.
5. Your Content
Trip content belongs to you and your trip members. We do not use or disclose it except to provide the Service. Do not post content that infringes others' rights.
6. Maps and Places
Maps and place information are provided by Google Maps Platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party information such as opening hours, locations or routes; please verify important plans yourself. Times are stored in local trip time and may differ from your device's time zone.
6-1. AI Trip Drafts
AI trip drafts suggest a schedule for the days you pick. Only the items you select in the preview are added to your schedule, and added items can be edited by members like any other item.
Drafts are suggestions for reference. Places, opening hours, travel times and prices may differ from reality, so please verify important plans yourself. To create a draft, the trip place, dates, the titles and times of items on the chosen days, and your requests are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic (see the Privacy Policy).
Each account can try 1 draft and 5 revisions for free. With a subscription you can create up to 10 drafts and 30 revisions per month (5 drafts and 20 revisions per day). If total AI usage across the Service reaches its monthly cap, AI features may pause for the rest of that month. We will give notice before lowering the limits.
6-2. Paid Subscription (Joiny AI)
• Price: ₩4,900 per month (the price shown in the App Store or Google Play, VAT included)
• Billing and renewal: on iPhone payment is charged to your Apple Account, and on Android to your Google account (Google Play). The subscription renews automatically each month at the same price unless cancelled; on the App Store, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge.
• Cancellation: App › My info › Joiny AI › Manage subscription takes you to the store you subscribed with. You can also cancel anytime in iPhone Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions, or Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Refunds: follow the policies and process of the store you subscribed with: Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) for the App Store, and Google Play's refund policy for Google Play. A refunded subscription ends immediately.
• Account link: a subscription is linked to the one Joiny account that purchased it and works on both iPhone and Android when you sign in with that account. Manage and cancel it in the store you subscribed with. Restoring the purchase on another Joiny account with the same store account does not move it. Family Sharing is not supported.
• Price changes: we will notify you in advance through each store's process and ask for consent where required.
• The Google Play billing terms apply from 2026-10-20.
7. Prohibited Conduct
(1) Disrupting the Service (2) Infringing other users' rights (3) Generating invalid traffic with automated tools, including deliberately clicking ads (4) Violating applicable laws
8. Changes and Termination
We may change or end all or part of the Service with prior notice, and will give a reasonable period to review your information before it ends.
9. Account Deletion
You can delete your account anytime in App › My info › Delete account. If you own a trip with other members, transfer ownership or delete it first. Trips where you are the only member are deleted permanently. See the Privacy Policy for details.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for damages caused by events beyond our control, and, to the extent permitted by law, for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms; changes take effect 7 days after notice in the app or on this page. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are resolved by the court with jurisdiction over the user's address.
