1. 약관의 동의
DaySeed("서비스")를 이용함으로써 본 이용약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. 동의하지 않는 경우 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다.
2. 서비스 설명
DaySeed는 사용자가 일상의 작은 습관(이하 "씨앗")을 기록하고 관리할 수 있도록 돕는 모바일 애플리케이션입니다. 서비스는 무료로 제공되며, 향후 유료 기능이 도입될 수 있습니다.
3. 계정
서비스 이용을 위해 이메일 주소로 매직 링크 인증을 통해 계정을 생성합니다. 사용자는 자신의 계정에서 발생하는 모든 활동에 대해 책임을 집니다. 부정 사용이 의심되는 경우 즉시 알려주시기 바랍니다.
4. 사용자 콘텐츠
사용자가 입력한 씨앗, 기록, 메모는 모두 사용자의 소유입니다. 회사는 서비스 제공 목적 외에 사용자의 개인 콘텐츠를 사용·열람·공유하지 않습니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보 처리방침을 참고해주세요.
5. 금지 행위
다음 행위는 금지됩니다: (1) 서비스 정상 운영을 방해하는 행위 (2) 다른 사용자의 권리를 침해하는 행위 (3) 자동화 도구로 부정 트래픽을 발생시키는 행위 (4) 관련 법령을 위반하는 행위.
6. 서비스 변경 및 종료
회사는 서비스의 일부 또는 전체를 사전 공지 후 변경하거나 종료할 수 있습니다. 종료 시 사용자는 자신의 데이터를 내보내기(export)할 수 있는 합리적인 기간을 보장받습니다.
7. 계정 해지
사용자는 언제든지 설정 화면의 "계정 삭제"를 통해 계정을 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지 시 모든 씨앗과 기록은 영구히 삭제되며 복구할 수 없습니다.
8. 면책 조항
서비스는 "있는 그대로(as-is)" 제공됩니다. 회사는 서비스의 가용성, 무결성, 특정 목적 적합성을 보장하지 않습니다. 천재지변, 통신 장애 등 회사가 통제할 수 없는 사유로 인한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
9. 책임의 제한
관련 법령이 허용하는 최대한도 내에서, 회사는 간접적·부수적·특별·결과적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
10. 약관 변경
회사는 약관을 개정할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 서비스 내 공지 후 7일 후에 효력이 발생합니다. 사용자가 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우 서비스 이용을 중단해야 합니다.
11. 준거법 및 분쟁 해결
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되며, 서비스와 관련된 분쟁은 사용자의 주소지를 관할하는 법원에서 해결합니다.

1. Acceptance
By using DaySeed (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. The Service
DaySeed is a mobile application that helps you record and maintain small daily habits ("seeds"). The Service is offered free of charge; paid features may be introduced in the future.
3. Accounts
You create an account by authenticating with an email magic link. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Your Content
The seeds, records, and notes you enter belong to you. We do not use, view, or share your personal content for any purpose other than providing the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not (1) interfere with the proper operation of the Service, (2) infringe on others' rights, (3) generate abusive traffic via automated tools, or (4) violate applicable laws.
6. Changes and Termination
We may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service after reasonable notice. If discontinued, you will be given a reasonable period to export your data.
7. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. Deletion permanently removes all seeds and records and cannot be undone.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, integrity, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for damages caused by force majeure, network outages, or other events outside our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms. Revisions take effect 7 days after notice within the Service. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be resolved by the court with jurisdiction over your address.
